Return Process

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email; ensure you use the original packaging to protect the appliance during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Drop off your securely packaged item at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger major appliances.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
